Nordic Rehab are offering remote physiotherapy sessions for anybody who is in need of physio and would prefer to limit their face to face interactions.

 

We use zoom or skype for these sessions.

 

Our pricing structure is lower for this service. 

 

How does physio work remotely?

​

Communicating over zoom or skype, our physios will be able to assess and advise you on your condition. We will be able to direct you in movements that will help you and ease your pain. Our physios will explain how the exercises should be feeling and will listen carefully to your feedback, so you get the best out of  the session. We will give you exercises that you can carry out yourself. We will give you strategies and tools for self-management.

 

Pricing: Our remote consultations are £45 for 45 minutes.
